We do not collect protected health information (PHI) on this site. Medical information is collected separately by the licensed telehealth provider on a HIPAA-compliant platform.

We also collect anonymous usage analytics via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the intake form is used to connect you with a licensed Tennessee physician for a consultation. We may also send you a confirmation email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
